About the role

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is eager to learn how medical devices stay safe, compliant, and high quality. In this role, you will support our Quality team in keeping products and processes aligned with international standards – from handling complaints to maintaining documents. Along the way, you will dive deep into ISO 13485, EU MDR, and Post-Market Surveillance, working closely with QA & RA specialists, suppliers, and cross-functional teams in Sol M.

Key responsibilities:

  • Help the team handle product complaints.
  • Assist in updating technical and regulatory documentation.
  • Keep records organized and complaints in document control systems.
  • Support the team during internal and external audits.
  • Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chian, Customer Service or R&D team to solve issues.
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing customer feedback.

What we expect:

  • Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or another technical or life science field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related area – internships, student projects, or thesis work also count.
  • Interest in how medical devices are regulated and a willingness to learn standards like ISO 13485 and EU MDR.
  • Attention to detail and good work organization.
  • Fluent English for daily collaboration with international teams.
