Jako Python Developer będziesz odpowiedzialny za projektowanie i implementację aplikacji w Pythonie, głównie w oparciu o framework Flask.

Będziesz współtworzyć i utrzymywać pipeline'y CI/CD, środowiska oparte na Dockerze oraz dokumentację techniczną. Twoja rola obejmie także ciągłe doskonalenie kompetencji, poznawanie nowych narzędzi i technologii oraz wspieranie interdyscyplinarnych zespołów (AI, infrastruktura, backend).

Tryb pracy: Hybrydowo (2 dni w tygodniu z biura)

Twój zakres obowiązków

Do Twoich codziennych zadań będzie należało rozwijanie interfejsów webowych oraz API (REST), projektowanie i optymalizacja struktur baz danych, a także pisanie testów jednostkowych i integracyjnych.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w programowaniu.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka Python.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z frameworkiem Flask.
  • Znajomość relacyjnych baz danych (PostgreSQL, MySQL) i optymalizacji zapytań.
  • Umiejętność pracy z narzędziami testerskimi (Swagger, Postman, Robot Framework, Pytest).
  • Doświadczenie w konfiguracji i obsłudze CI/CD (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie).
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole interdyscyplinarnym, dobra komunikacja i elastyczność w działaniu.
  • Doświadczenie w projektach związanych z AI lub modelami uczenia maszynowego.
  • Znajomość środowiska i praktyk stosowanych w branży bankowej (np. projekty KYC, Financial Crime Prevention).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w organizacjach o charakterze międzynarodowym i wysokim stopniu złożoności.
  • Chęć eksperymentowania z nowymi technologiami, metodami i narzędziami.
