For our Client, production company located in
Złotniki (near to Poznań)
, we are looking for a person with deep understanding and experience in
Microsoft 365 platform (M365).

The main responsibility in this position is to support and keep users up to date with functionalities available in the M365 applications. The position will be a new role within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise adoption of the M365 tools by the end users by providing them with learning materials and trainings.
  • Create and share practical M365 tips and tricks that improve productivity across the organization.
  • Enhance ServiceDesk team knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to M365.
  • Help adopt upcoming M365 into ServiceDesk, like Power Apps, PowerBi
  • Function as the go-to expert for M365, offering high-quality support on "how-to" issues in apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Communicate upcoming M365 changes, updates, and new features to end users in a clear and engaging way.

Essential skills:

  • Solid experience supporting M365 applications in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience in creating training materials (guides, instructions etc.) and presenting them to the end-users.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with both colleagues and end users.
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated – we will need your initiative and imagination.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the Service Desk team.

Nice to have:

  • Grasp of Power Platform.
  • Previous experience in a ServiceDesk or IT support function.
