Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team in Wrocław. This role will primarily focus on sales and revenue, while also providing support for broader FP&A functions around spend and headcount management. The ideal candidate will contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, working closely with finance teams in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.

The role is onsite in our Wrocław office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and analysis of sales and revenue trends, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRS) for sales and revenue.
  • Analyze and communicate variances of results compared to prior periods and forecasts.
  • Support monthly reporting and assist in preparing the sales and revenue sections of monthly close packages.
  • Prepare presentations for monthly close, AOP, and LRS and ad-hoc projects.
  • Serve as a backup for OPEX, COGS, and headcount planning, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across Germany, Switzerland, and the US to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in an international or matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of revenue recognition and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with ERP systems is required; experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
