Role: Cross Functional Services Consultant

Location: Gdansk, Poland(Hybrid)

Contract : 6+ Months contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders across departments to collect, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for various IT initiatives.
  • Solution Design & Integration: Develop integrated IT solutions that span multiple functional areas (e.g., infrastructure, applications, security, data management) to ensure interoperability and efficiency.
  • Project Coordination: Lead or support cross-functional IT projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyse existing business and IT processes, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices to optimise performance.
  • Risk Assessment & Compliance: Identify potential risks related to cross-functional IT projects, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and organisational policies.
  • Change Management & Training: Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and conducting workshops for end-users and technical teams.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, measure outcomes, and prepare regular reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify requirements, analyse gaps, and propose technology-driven solutions across multiple domains.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects covering applications, infrastructure, security, and data management initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organisational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programmes and change management support for end-users and technical teams.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, IT service management frameworks (such as ITIL), and agile methodologies where applicable.
  • Provide expert guidance on technology trends, risk identification, and mitigation strategies to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage multiple priorities and drive collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
