Your Role
As a Regional Service Manager, you will lead and develop the service operations within your region to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and supporting a team of service engineers to deliver high-quality service to our customers
- Driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service performance and customer experience
- Ensuring the necessary competence level in the team by supporting professional development of employees through regular feedback, on the job coaching, recommended training
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Managing resources, and reporting on regional service performance.
To Succeed You Will Need
Background & Experience
- Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of service operations, customer support, and technical processes.
- Experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
Skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written); English language skills at advanced level.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
