Tasks

  • Checking sustainability documents from fuel suppliers
  • Performing data entry into the Fuel IT system
  • Improving processes for data handling and reducing turnaround time per transaction
  • Analyzing data quality issues (e.g., missing fuel tickets, incorrect data)
  • Preparing Excel and Powerpoint reports
  • Supporting Fuel team in everyday tasks and challenges
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Are you a student (preferably Logistics etc.) looking to gain valuable experience? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with:

  • Analytical skills - working with numbers, preparing reports and analyses is your cup of tea
  • Good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • German language skills will be very welcomed but are not necessary
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Diligent and precise working habit
  • Time & task management
  • Communication skills
  • Team player
  • Availability at least 20 hours per week
  • CV/Resume required
  • Must possess permit to work in Poland
