Chief Accountant/Finance Director

Main Mission

:The Country Administrative & Accounting Manager is responsible for leading all local accounting, administrative, and financial operations to ensure full compliance with local regulations and group standards. This position oversees accounting processes, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and financial compliance, while collaborating closely with the Shared Service Center (SSC) in Zaragoza, Controlling, and Group Finance teams. The position ensures that the company's accounting and administrative functions operate efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with corporate governance, tax laws, and IFRS principles and local requirements

• s:Lead and oversee all daily accounting operations in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS standards for consolidatio
• n.Supervise general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate reporting in relation with Share Service Center in Zaragoz
• a.Coordinate with external auditors to prepare annual audits and statutory report
• s.Supervise tax compliance activities (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.), ensuring accuracy and avoiding penaltie
• s.Support daily cash flow management, banking operations, and forecasting activitie
• s.Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners, including payment approvals and signatory managemen
• t.Manage supplier payment issues, negotiations, and legal cases when require
• d.Ensure adherence to all local accounting standards, group financial policies, and reporting deadlines in relation with Share Service Cente
• r.Design, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to minimize risks and detect fraud in relation with Share Service Cente
• r.Support regular balance sheet and P&L reviews and internal audit
