We offer an employment contract job in Wrocław: this is a remote position, we are looking for new team members who will work from Monday to Friday. Working hours are normal business hours plus at least one weekend on call.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Capacity to understand and follow detailed project guidelines and policies
• Good hand-eye coordination for annotation-related tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Creativity

Job responsibilities

• You will be responsible for training AI models from trust and safety area
• Work will be in close cooperation with development teams
• Content that will be revievewed, adjusted, created will vary since samples will be based on real prompts from user from all over the world (sensitive content included)
• You will perform well-defined, structured tasks across multiple languages to support multilingual data projects
• You will work in a dynamic environment suited for proactive individuals with a can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn
