You will define and execute the QA strategy, coordinate test efforts, and support effective testing in complex, transformative environments. This role is suitable for professionals with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations and test automation, who can maintain high-quality standards and contribute to strategic program success.

*Your tasks*

  • Define and execute the end-to-end QA and testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA migration, covering SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover activities
  • Lead test planning, estimation, environment setup, and defect governance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes
  • Review and challenge solution designs and delivery approaches to ensure quality, risk mitigation, and testability
  • Coordinate and align multiple test teams, vendors, and system integrators while providing clear quality reporting to stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted QA advisor, proactively identifying risks related to data migration, integrations, and cutover readiness

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in QA/Testing, including senior or lead roles
  • Proven involvement in at least one full SAP S/4HANA migration or large SAP transformation
  • Strong knowledge of SAP end-to-end business processes, integration testing, data validation, and cutover activities
  • Hands-on experience with TOSCA and defect management
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1) and the ability to influence stakeholders across IT, business, and vendors
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
