About the Role
At Netrisk Group, over 80% of our revenues are powered by recurring SaaS business. As we continue to scale across six countries, we are looking for a
CRM Group Lead
to define and drive our group-wide customer relationship and renewal strategy.
This is a
strategic leadership role
with direct impact on growth and profitability: you will shape how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base across markets, building a best-in-class CRM ecosystem. Your mission:
- Maximize customer lifetime value
- Strengthen renewals and retention
- Unlock cross-sell and upsell potential
- Re-engage and reactivate dormant customers

This role does not include direct team management. Instead, you will work with experts across six countries who are connected to the position through a dotted-line structure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic CRM Leadership
- Develop and execute a
group-wide CRM strategy
that aligns with Netrisk's growth ambitions and revenue goals. - Define customer lifecycle frameworks and implement data-driven personalization at scale.
- Shape the evolution of CRM maturity across six countries, creating
consistency, scalability, and innovation
.
Renewal & Retention Excellence
- Lead the
renewal lifecycle strategy
across markets, embedding proactive retention mechanisms and minimizing churn. - Use behavioral, transactional, and predictive analytics to
forecast risk and drive proactive customer engagement
.
Customer Value Growth
- Drive
upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption
through personalized journeys and advanced segmentation. - Champion
customer reactivation
strategies that maximize win-back potential.
Partnership & Ecosystem Influence
- Act as the
strategic voice with insurance partners
, driving alignment on renewals, customer ownership, and data strategies. - Influence partner collaboration models to ensure CRM data and initiatives unlock full commercial value.
Data, Analytics & Profitability
- Lead CRM
P&L impact assessments
, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable ROI. - Build a robust testing, measurement, and reporting culture that drives continuous improvement.
International Center of Excellence
- Establish Netrisk's CRM function as a
center of excellence
, equipping local teams with frameworks, playbooks, and technology. - Champion knowledge sharing, training, and adoption of best practices across markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM leadership experience
in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital-first environments; insurance and/or management consulting experience is a plus. - Proven success in shaping
strategic CRM roadmaps
and delivering measurable impact on renewals, retention, and customer lifetime value. - Expertise with
CRM and marketing automation platforms
; strong grasp of data, segmentation, and personalization at scale. - Strong analytical and commercial mindset; confident with
P&L thinking and ROI measurement
. - Excellent cross-functional and international stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in post-merger integrations, CRM synergies between markets, and regional CRM roles experience a plus.
- Fluency in English; CEE languages are an advantage.
