Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Director located in Zabrze. The Supply Chain Director will oversee and manage all supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal departments to forecast demand, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials. Additionally, the role involves analyzing supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Operations, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization across all aspects of the supply chain
• Strong expertise in Procurement, including vendor negotiation and establishing strategic supplier relationships
• Experience in Production Planning to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess supply chain performance and implement enhancements
• Proven leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is an advantage
