What you'll do:
  • Design compelling marketing creatives for our educational products.
  • Analyze performance metrics and come up with ideas to improve results.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and propose new ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with creative marketers.
  • Track design trends and analyze competitors for inspiration and insight.
What you need to join us:
  • 1+ year of experience in motion design and a portfolio that shows your best work.
  • Strong skills in After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Solid grasp of animation principles, timing, and composition.
  • Experience with video editing and basic sound design.
  • Some experience with AI tools and openness to explore more.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to find quick solutions in animation
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Basic skills in graphic design.
  • Basic understanding of character animation.
  • Ability to think in terms of creative performance: testing, hypotheses, and efficiency.

Working schedule
