Our Center of Excellence for National Accounting Centers department is looking for a
Junior Accounting Specialist
who wants to join a close-knit team and develop in an international organization.

Tasks

  • Preparing data for financial statements from Oracle accounting systems; SAP for companies in Poland and abroad;
  • Entering journals entries into the system;
  • Basic analysis of the correctness of entries entered into the accounting system;
  • Generating reports from various systems and transforming them for local reporting purposes;
  • Account analysis and reconciliation of settlement accounts;
  • Preparing reports for external institutions and entering them into systems, including the Central Statistical Office and the National Bank of Poland;
  • Balance sheet valuation of items in foreign currencies;
  • Cooperation with an auditor;
  • Working in an international environment - responding to inquiries from internal clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance (accounting)
  • Min. 1 year in accounting
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Languages: French - fluent and English - communicative
  • Analytical mind Easy to absorb new information
  • Ease in communication

Nice To Have

  • Master's degree completed or in the process of completion
  • Knowledge of: Oracle; SAP
