Customer Service Advisor SSC / BPO

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Analyze reported issues, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient case resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Identify recurring challenges and actively contribute to process optimization and knowledge base enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Czech, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive attitude, adaptability to change, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
