Job Description
  • Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department,
  • Entering payments into the banking system,
  • Monitoring due date of payments to vendors
  • Reconciliation credit cards spendings with costs invoices
  • Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping, under supervision of the Chief Accountant
Qualifications
  • 1-2 year experience in an accounting - related position (preferably in an accounting office)
  • Experience in operating accounting software (preferably ERP Optima) as an advantage
  • At least middle advanced in Excel
  • Good English and Polish skills (B2 level)
  • Well-organized
  • Commitment to work, proactivity, and readiness to cooperate within the team
