Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple projects and regions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data, turning it into reports and presentations.
  • Design and deliver engaging PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate insights.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across different countries.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of inputs.
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and priorities in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, charts, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (design, formatting).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence to follow up and chase when needed.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, global context.
  • Curious, flexible, and quick to learn new tasks and tools.
  • Experience in data analysis and report preparation is a strong advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge in customs regulations and procedures is a strong asset. However, we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and willing to develop knowledge in this area through on-the-job training and support.
