Apply now  Learn more: Please apply by 19 December 2025Scientific System Analyst The position exists to provide expertise in the application/process specialization to support the daily operations and effective performance of the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs (SRA) business solutions (application/support maintenance). In this respect, you will be responsible for the resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service requests and deliver timely and quality solutions to the users while at the same time ensuring that they utilize the full application potential. Upon request, you will be part of a specific approved project as a customizing expert.  Position:Provide application support for both Production and Development through the resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service requests, having ownership of the application support requests coming from the Global Service Desk (GSD)Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities, and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the applicationAssist the Business/Process Expert in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request and ensure the alignment of the request to the GRM  Support the Business/Process Expert in designing specifications, testing, and implementing business process changesMaintain up-to-date, appropriate documentation in the scope of responsibility, which includes BPMLs, Process flows, Enterprise structure, and CC operational proceduresTake a permanent effort in keeping the End Users up-to-date and knowledgeable of the systems and business processes / best practices Provide knowledge transfer and best practices (global processes) to end-users through support/change request resolutionAnalyze the requests coming from the Business Expert/team Lead and assist the Business Expert in the analysis of the feasibility of this business request in the context of the standard application solutionRequirements:University Degree or equivalent2-4 years of working experienceFluent English (written & spoken)Business experience in a Scientific environmentBackground in IT Business Analysis Exposure to IT Application support and customer service in a global and multicultural environment is a strong advantageExperience with Microsoft SharePoint and genAI is a big plusWhat to expect:  Expect well-being initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
