We're seeking a future team member/s for the role of Associate, Cash Processing/Fund Transfer I to join our Alternatives Operations team. This role is located in Wroclaw.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process and review payment instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct call-backs with internal stakeholders
  • Manage mailbox workflow
  • Use systemic data to highlight, prioritise & implement to reduce manual touch points and find efficiencies in our process
  • Investigate queries and ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure procedures are followed
  • Work with management to co-ordinate, upskill and determine resourcing requirements to ensure group is working as efficiently as possible
  • Utilise & demonstrate the skills to use available digital tools & AI to enhance the user experience for our processes

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, science or similar
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities with high level accuracy
  • Ability to resolve issues independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
