About the role:

As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will lead the development of LLM-powered applications and GenAI features, driving innovation in data analytics for clients. This role demands deep expertise in AI/ML, Python, and LLMOps, with a focus on building scalable, ethical AI solutions using advanced frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements, build, and fine-tune LLM-powered GenAI assistants and features for industry workflows.
  • Use frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines to build assistants grounded in private/business data.
  • Develop intelligent prompt strategies, few-shot examples, and persona models for assistant behavior.
  • Integrate AI assistants into web/mobile apps, chat interfaces, or enterprise tools.
  • Experiment with open and commercial LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, Gemini).
  • Design and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) for context-aware retrieval.
  • Implement LLMOps practices including monitoring, prompt versioning, evaluation, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ship intelligent experiences.
  • Work on multi-modal assistants (text + vision + audio) where applicable.
  • Ensure security, ethical use, and performance monitoring of AI-powered features.
  • Stay updated with the latest in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and multi-modal GenAI trends.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide CI/CD pipelines using MLOps/LLMOps.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of software engineering or AI/ML development experience, with at least 4 years in GenAI/LLM applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with GCP/AWS cloud platforms and data preprocessing/feature engineering.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and classic AI/ML models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI for agentic workflows and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and multi-agent systems.
