Summary

Marex Services Group, LLC ("Marex") is a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider headquartered in Louisiana, USA, with expanding international operations across Europe. As part of our continued growth, Marex is strengthening its European headquarters in Zutphen, the Netherlands, to support inter-Europe and global transportation management.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing European and international freight operations. About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, , you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating inter-Europe shipments by road efficiently and compliantly. You'll communicate directly with customers, carriers, and partners, coordinating each stage of the transport process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage inter-European and international freight movements (road).
• Communicate daily with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping, customs, and transport documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor shipments proactively, resolving any delays or exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
• Support rate negotiations and cost management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and improve on-time performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and tools.

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, customs documentation, and European transport regulations.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or freight management systems.
