Area: Business Development / IT Consulting

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our outbound sales process within the IT consulting and messaging solutions space.

This is a part-time position (minimum 20 hours/week) with flexible hours, fully remote, with optional visits to the Kraków office once a month or meetings in Warsaw.

Hourly rate: 35 PLN gross / contract of mandate

Start: December 2025

Duration: Up to 6 months, with the possibility of extension if both parties agree

Location: Poland (Warsaw or Kraków)

Reports to: Business Unit Leader, Poland

Candidate's profile:

We are looking for someone who:

    • Is a 5th-year student in IT, business, or a related field
  • Is open-minded, communicative, and enjoys working with people
  • Has excellent command of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
  • Is creative, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Is available to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Previous experience in IT sales or business development is a big plus
Responsibilities
    • Research and identify potential customers, events and business opportunities in IT consulting and messaging
  • Support outreach and communication with potential customers
  • Help organize and track meetings, events and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in creating materials to promote our messaging solutions
  • Collaborate with the teams to support business development initiatives
