Senior Software Engineer

Must Haves
Significant experience with software development;

Have been running applications on Kubernetes;

Understands Kubernetes operators;

Experience writing RESTful APIs;

Used swagger to generate REST clients;

Is available for on-call/support duty in 12h/7day schedule.

Nice To Haves
Experience with Golang development;

Experience with writing Kubernetes operators;

Experience with Crossplane;

Experience with AWS, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions;

Experience with writing tests in Kuttl or Kyverno Chainsaw;

Is able visit office in person 2-3 times a week to work close to the team.

Tasks
Supporting production platform according to a schedule;

Developing software in Golang and adhering to industry best standards, and security requirements;

Maintaining declarative definitions of infrastructure and other resources in YAML;

Developing abstractions over Kubernetes workloads.

Working Hours
Normal working time: 9.00 – 17.00 CET - we need to slightly overlap with PST time zone to sync with the team from WHQ (Portland);

On-call support shift coverage: 5.00 – 17.00 CET, 7 days per week.

Working location:
We will prioritize the candidates who can visit Gdansk office on the regular basis, however we allow remote option too if the candidate perfectly matches the requirements for the position.
