Tryb pracy: głównie stacjonarny

Forma umowy: umowa zlecenie, B2B

Obowiązki:

  • Prowadzenie mediów społecznościowych (FB, IG, TikTok, YT) - działania organiczne, np. stories, rolki, posty
  • Copy do postów w SM, newslettera/mailingu oraz smsów.
  • Produkcja oraz montaż video w formatach pionowych (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Monitoring trendów video i social media.
  • Rozwój kanałów video oraz wdrażanie kreatywnych formatów.
  • Realizacja kampanii marketingowych, konkursów i akcji promocyjnych.
  • Stały kontakt ze społecznością w social mediach (w tym: odpowiadanie na komentarze, udostępnianie relacji od klientów na Instagramie).
  • Udział w wydarzeniach oraz bieżące ich relacjonowanie.
  • Utrzymywanie spójności wizualnej i stylistycznej profili.

Wymagania:

  • Dyspozycyjność w weekendy oraz święta (w te dni obiekt jest najlepszą przestrzenią do zdobycia autentycznych materiałów foto-wideo)
  • Minimum roczne doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
  • Kreatywność i umiejętność tworzenia atrakcyjnych treści marketingowych
  • Doskonałe zdolności komunikacyjne oraz budowania relacji z użytkownikami
  • Znajomość najnowszych trendów w mediach społecznościowych
  • Inicjatywa, samodzielność i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i wysoka dbałość o estetykę
  • Umiejętność montażu wideo w pionie w CapCut
