Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the company's financial policies
  • Participate in the full accounting of the company
  • Maintaining accounting records and reconciling them with general ledger accounts
  • Accounting and calculation of provisions, revenues, foreign currency valuations, accruals, etc.
  • Comprehensive handling of accounting projects for Polish and foreign clients,
  • Participation in the preparation of tax returns CIT, VAT,
  • Performing the task in the month-end closing process (general ledger, fixed assets, warehouse ledger, cost accounting and accruals)
  • Reporting to external institutions according to deadlines (GUS, NBP, US)
  • Cooperation with the human resources and payroll department
  • Reconciliation of transactions and balances
  • Participation in the audit service process
  • Analyzing applicable regulations, sharing knowledge in this area with colleagues
  • Implementing new system solutions

Requirements

  • A degree in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge of Enova and Optima software is welcome
  • min. 2 years of professional experience in the accounting department
  • Practical knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations
  • Good and practical knowledge of Excel
  • Independence, conscientiousness, reliability, accuracy, analytical skills
  • Responsibility and independence in the performance of assigned tasks
  • Knowledge of the principles of accounting for international transactions
  • Good communication skills in English (B2/C1)
