What is going on at Twisto right now?

We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app, delivering seamless omni-channel daily payments to customers across Europe And you can help on our next journey of growth We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Junior Customer Care Specialist.

As Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Contact with clients via phone (incoming calls), replying to chat messages and e-mails;

  • Activating customers;

  • Cooperation with other company departments;

  • Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.

What do we offer:

  • Contract of employment (salary: PLN gross).

  • Work from Monday till Friday (plus one weekend per month) - we provide the equipment;

  • A well-located office in the center of Warsaw (Żelazna 59a) or the possibility of hybrid work ( (work in the office once a week);

  • Cash equivalent due to hybrid work;

Job requirements
  • You can work in hybrid model and during the first month from the office in Warsaw.

  • You have experience in customer service,

  • You have a good command of English (used only in internal communication),

  • You have a university degree or are in the course of your studies,

  • You are comfortable communicating by phone and e-mail,

  • You are communicative and open-minded.

  • Your Polish is at least on C1 and English is on A2/B1 level.
