Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager will lead the development and execution of pricing activities across the Door Business Segment. The role is accountable for maintaining high-quality pricing data, ensuring strong price governance, and supporting decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting. It will also play a key part in the implementation of new systems, tools and processes that strengthen pricing discipline and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth.
Principal Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for guiding, supporting and improving pricing practices across all DBS entities, including:
- Leading the monthly reporting cycle for pricing across DBS, providing clear visibility of price performance, trends and risks.
- Preparing consolidated pricing reports for senior management, including insights on price realisation, list price performance and the impact of commercial actions.
- Supporting quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with accurate, standardised pricing inputs.
- Providing reliable pricing data and analysis for the Operating Plan, Budget and Final Plan cycles, ensuring consistency in assumptions across the business.
- Managing and improving the quality, consistency and accuracy of pricing data used across the segment.
- Providing regular analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making and strategic planning cycles.
- Ensuring alignment with EMEIA pricing frameworks, tools and processes, while promoting best practice adoption.
- Supporting entities in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of price increases and other pricing actions.
- Strengthening price governance by improving processes, reducing leakage and ensuring compliance with agreed policies.
- Working closely with the EMEIA CRM and IT teams to integrate pricing structures and data into the core CRM system.
- Supporting training and capability building across the export and entity teams to raise pricing competence.
- Contributing to wider commercial excellence activities and cross-functional initiatives linked to margin improvement and process efficiency.
- Leading selected deep-dive projects to assess pricing structures, competitiveness and profitability within specific product or country portfolios.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial area (Pricing, Product or Finance).
- Numerate and computer literate, primarily on Microsoft Excel but also Access and PowerPoint.
- Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Self-starter focused on achieving objectives on schedule
- Experience in formulating and delivering of training programmes.
- Professional English language skills, other Central European languages would be a plus.
- Prepared to travel across the region (up to 30% of time)
