About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our backend team. You'll work on diverse, challenging projects ranging from AI-powered chatbots to data management platforms. What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain backend services for web applications using Django and Django Rest Framework
  • Build and optimize REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve bugs
  • Work with asynchronous task processing using Celery
  • Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit tests
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs into existing systems
  • Support automation initiatives to improve team efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

  • 0-1 Years of experience in Python software developers
  • Solid understanding of Python and backend development principles
  • Experience with Django or similar web frameworks
  • Familiarity with REST API design and development
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git)
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • A GitHub account with own repositories and contributions
  • AI usage to enhance quality of your code

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF)
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or FastAPI
  • Familiarity with Celery for asynchronous tasks
  • Docker containerization experience
  • Unit testing practices
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Experience with OpenAI API or other AI integrations
