Wykształcenie: Wykształcenie wyższe (Licencjat lub Magister)

Języki: Profesjonalna znajomość języka angielskiego i polskiego

Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym

Doświadczenie:

• Doświadczenie w zespole ds. Zapewnienia Jakości

• Doświadczenie w przeprowadzaniu audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych

• Praktyczna znajomość Dobrej Praktyki Wytwarzania, norm ISO oraz Systemu Zarządzania Jakością (preferowane)

• Umiejętność obsługi komputera i doświadczenie z pakietem Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Zakres obowiązków:

• Odpowiedzialność za obszar produkcji GMP

• Przeprowadzanie wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych audytów GMP

• Monitorowanie i rejestrowanie niezgodności z procedurami i normami jakości

• Zapewnianie informacji, wsparcia i wskazówek zespołowi w zakresie jednostki funkcjonalnej

• Inicjowanie i koordynowanie wydawania i rozwiązywania CAPA

• Udział w audytach ISO 9001, ISO 13485 oraz pomoc w dokumentacji i wdrażaniu programów ISO 9001, ISO 13485

• Działanie niezależnie w zakresie dyspozycji produktów, zwolnienia lub odrzucenia

• Odpowiedzialność za zapewnienie, że każda partia została wyprodukowana i przetestowana zgodnie z określonymi procedurami zwolnienia

• Współpraca z różnymi działami w zakresie komunikowania standardów QA
