What daily challenges are waiting for you?
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners to boost their revenue, margin, and smash targets.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure all actions align with company, team, and individual KPIs.
  • Taking full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual results for your partners and helping the entire team reach its goals.
  • Proactively identifying and removing obstacles, proposing solutions, and prioritizing tasks to support the team.
  • Planning joint marketing campaigns with partners and our marketing team, focusing on measurable results and business objectives.
What you need to be successful in this role?
  • At least 5 years of experience in client account management with a proven track record of driving partner revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Experience with cross-functional projects, senior stakeholders, and managing project requirements from the business side.
  • Hands-on experience in daily client conversations and taking full ownership of your accounts.
  • Ambition and readiness to lead the team in the future and act as a deputy to the Head of Department.
  • Solid analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Looker.
  • A background in high-risk industries is a major plus, especially in fintech.
  • Fluency in English is a must (C1 minimum). Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a great bonus.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips and industry events.
