Who We're Looking For:

  • Student or completed degree studies (Accounting/Finance studies will be an asset)- Good command of English and French,
  • Experience in finance/accountancy will be an asset (ex. Internship),
  • Good organization and coordination skills,
  • High level of proactiveness, independence and ownership of the tasks assigned,- Process orientation and attention to details,- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines,
  • Eagerness to learn & develop.

What You'll Do:

  • managing customer accounts (accounts receivable)
  • daily cash forecast
  • cash application- working with customer documentation- customer aging
  • customer deduction management
  • managing order release process
  • back up for team members
  • other administrative & ad hoc tasks assigned by Local Team and/or Team Leader
