Role Overview:

This role is designed to support the Procurement Function by implementing, optimizing, and maintaining dedicated applications and digital tools that enhance purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Procurement digital solutions landscape;
  • Act as a liaison between the Procurement Function and IS (applications), translating business needs into technical requirement;
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement-related applications (e.g., SAP MM, IVALUA or other dedicated tools);
  • Set up digitalization projects within the Procurement Function;
  • Analyze procurement data and processes to identify opportunities for system enhancement;
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality;

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Procurement (e.g., Buyer, Sourcing Specialist, Procurement Analyst);
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and tools (preferably SAP, IVALUA or similar such as Coupa or Ariba);
  • Understanding of business process analysis and digital transformation;
  • Experience in project work, system implementation, or acting as a key user;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus;
