We are seeking a
Senior Integration Engineer
to join a long-term project focused on ensuring seamless system communication and process automation across critical business platforms.

You will act as the
domain specialist and system administrator
for the
Celigo integration platform
, connecting and maintaining integrations between
Salesforce (Sales)
and
NetSuite (Billing)
.

This role is crucial for supporting live deal processing, optimizing performance, and automating complex business processes through intelligent system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    domain specialist and system administrator
    for Celigo.
  • Maintain and enhance integrations between
    Salesforce
    and
    NetSuite
    .
  • Provide internal support for system-related issues, ensuring high availability and optimized performance.
  • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve integration issues or escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams in an
    Agile environment
    to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Celigo's advanced features or develop
    custom integration solutions
    where needed.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and automate key business processes.
  • Support change management processes and maintain integration governance standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years
    of experience working with
    Celigo
    (Celigo Admin Certification is a plus).
  • Proven expertise in building
    Celigo custom flows
    , implementing
    complex logic
    , and executing
    data transformations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce
    and
    NetSuite
    functionality, APIs, and best practices.
  • Solid experience in
    data manipulation, migration, and management
    .
  • Knowledge of
    change management methodologies
    and
    governance processes
    .
  • Excellent
    problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to
    prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    in a dynamic, distributed Agile team.
  • Proactive
