We are currently looking for a Valuation Analyst (Mortgage) ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Review property appraisal reports submitted by accredited valuers.

Ensure valuation methodology (comparative, income, or cost approach) is appropriate for the property type.

Verify the appraiser's independence and certification validity.

Check valuation assumptions against market data, internal benchmarks, and KNF guidelines.

Identify and flag inconsistencies in descriptions, photos, or comparable property data.

Ensure that the valuation date is current and within acceptable limits.

Maintain a register of approved appraisers and monitor their performance quality.

Liaise with appraisers for clarifications or corrections when needed.



Skills you should have

Minimum 2 years of experience in property valuation or review, preferably in a banking environment.

Knowledge of Polish real estate market trends and valuation regulations.

Familiarity with KNF requirements regarding collateral valuation.

University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Ability to interpret appraisal reports and market data.

Attention to detail and risk awareness.

Certification as a Property Valuer (Rzeczoznawca Majątkowy) is a strong plus, but not mandatory 

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with communicative English
