Job requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide timely desktop, server, and application support to end users.

  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM/ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams following escalation procedures.

  • Support user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (users, groups, permissions).

  • Assist with endpoint management, software deployments, patching, and system updates.

  • Follow IT support processes, SLAs, and prioritisation guidelines to ensure high service quality.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and resolution notes.

  • Support onboarding activities by setting up user accounts, devices, and access rights.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams as required.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint devices.

  • Basic exposure to cloud services such as Microsoft 365 or Azure is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, ITSM practices, SLAs, and incident management processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with clear verbal and written communication.
