Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Gdansk, Poland - Hybrid: 3-4 Days to Office Every Week
Duration: 6 Months - Extendable to long Term
Employment Type: Contract B2B
Non standard work week: from Sunday to Thursday, regular working hours
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for AR/VR hardware and software features.
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms (mobile, embedded, desktop).
- Identify, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage issues and verify fixes.
- Maintain test environments and manage test data for repeatable validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in software/hardware testing or QA roles.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, pytest) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AR/VR devices, sensors, or embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience with hardware validation, firmware testing, or device bring-up.
- Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or 3D graphics testing workflows.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments.
