Join us in Wrocław as a Data Management Specialist and help shape the future of analytics at Smith+Nephew. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support strategic decision-making across the business.What will you be doing? You'll be at the heart of our analytics transformation, working closely with the Senior Analytics Manager and Business Relationship Managers to deliver advanced reporting solutions. From designing high-fidelity dashboards that track performance and trends, to mentoring users and improving data processes, your work will empower teams across the organisation. You'll help automate workflows, enhance user experience, and ensure our analytics tools are secure, scalable and insightful.What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being a trusted expert who can translate complex data into clear business stories. You'll need to be hands-on, collaborative and confident in your technical and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including custom visuals, wireframing and dashboard storytelling
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python for data manipulation and automation
  • Ability to design and deploy dashboards that meet operational, strategic and analytical needs
  • Experience working with data models, warehousing and multiple data sources
  • Comfortable mentoring others and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies, and confident leading business requirements discussions
