We are looking for a Specialist, Inventory Planner located in UPM Business Hub Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
Manage, guide, and optimize UPM Communication Papers customer and common stock programs efficiently and responsibly
Prepare data-driven analyses and reports for structured stock follow-up
Develop automated stock reporting procedures to improve accuracy and transparency
Optimize semi-finished stock levels to enhance service capability by creating inventory forecasts (e.g., AI & machine learning)
Reduce working capital by cleaning stock (MTS, Sales OY, etc.)
Organize and monitor physical stock checks in European ports and warehouses
Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders to develop, run, and maintain MTS programs
Support internal projects and contribute to implementing future ways of working by driving continuous improvement
Ensure smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders to achieve efficient inventory management processes
Who you are
You have completed a professional education and bring at least one year of relevant experience in supply, production planning, or logistics
You communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; additional languages are an asset
You understand supply chain processes and have knowledge of customer business, products, and services
You thrive in a team environment and value collaboration
You are motivated by achieving goals and finding solutions
You are familiar with UPM IT tools and eager to learn more
