We are seeking an experienced Matillion Developer with strong expertise in Snowflake and a solid background in the banking or financial services domain. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance ETL pipelines that power critical data operations, analytics, and regulatory compliance across financial datasets.

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL workflows using Matillion and Snowflake.

• Work with complex banking datasets including transactions, compliance, risk, and audit data.

• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization across all pipelines.

• Support cloud-based data integration initiatives on Azure and AWS.

• Maintain documentation and contribute to data governance best practices.

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or ETL Development.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Matillion and Snowflake.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of data warehousing concepts.

• Proven experience with banking or financial services data, including regulatory and compliance data structures.

• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data modeling, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
