Expectations

• proficient in Go, or can convince us you can master it easily
• have at least 3 years of professional experience in software development
• have experience designing systems from the ground up, especially concurrent ones
• know basics of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes
• can poke holes in ideas, and like to learn new things
• live in Poland
• speak Polish fluently and are comfortable with your English, both spoken and written
• ready for business trips—a few times a year
• open to talk with coworkers/clients from US/China (from time to time)

Nice To Have

• have experience with Python and async programming
• know a thing or two about computer networks
• ready for some friendly banter

What you will do?

• implementing new functionalities
• designing a distributed system with focus on reliability and correctness
• creating new automatic tests at all levels
• diagnosing and fixing bugs in the system
• maintaining and developing the CI/CD system
• refining product backlog items.

• virtual office: a day-long Zoom meeting for easy communication (can tune out to focus)
• core working hours, but we are somewhat flexible
• refinement and design sessions
• Gitlab CI/CD
• pair programming
• can use AI
