Opis stanowiska

  • nadzór nad jakością baz danych podstawowych w Spółce
  • zapewnienie spójności danych we wszystkich systemach (m. in. ERP, CRM, WMS)
  • wdrażanie procedur aktualizacji danych (pozyskiwanie danych z właściwych źródeł i ich aktualizacja)
  • nadzorowanie i regularne audytowanie poprawności baz danych oraz procedur z nimi związanych
  • wdrożenie i monitorowanie procedur zakładania nowych Produktów, Klientów i Dostawców
  • odpowiedzialność za kody EAN, zakładanie i monitorowanie ich zgodności/aktualności
  • zarządzanie bazą etykiet produktowych, monitorowanie zasadności setów językowych, proponowanie i wdrażanie optymalizacji

Wymagania

  • min 1-2 lata doświadczenia pracy z danymi/systemami,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość Excel,
  • rozumienie master daty i systemów (minimum klasy ERP, mile widziane hurtownia danych, CRM),
  • komunikatywność, słuchanie i współpraca,
  • rozumienie podstaw zarządzania MD,
  • sumienność, rzetelność i dyscyplina,
  • samodzielność, umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się, analityczne i logiczne myślenie.
