Pracownik montażu i testów postępuje zgodnie z rysunkami technicznymi, specyfikacjami, instrukcjami pracy w celu montażu i weryfikacji mechanicznych układów sterowania zaworami. Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku raportuje bezpośrednio do Kierownika produkcji.

Obowiązki:

  • Przygotowywanie części do montażu zgodnie z odpowiednimi instrukcjami pracy.
  • Montaż prostych siłowników mechanicznych za pomocą ręcznych narzędzi oraz pras.
  • Testowanie urządzeń produkcyjnych zgodnie z pisemnymi procedurami za pomocą automatycznych stacji testujących.
  • Uczestniczenie w inicjatywach w zakresie ciągłego doskonalenia i zarządzania "lean"
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami.
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń na stanowisku pracy dla innych pracowników.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie min. zawodowe lub średnie na kierunku mechanicznym, elektromechanicznym lub podobnym.
  • Od 2 do 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Umiejętność posługiwania się narzędziami ręcznymi takimi jak klucze, młotki, śrubokręty, skrobaki, klucze dynamometryczne.
  • Wiedza i umiejętności czytania, rozumienia i posługiwania się informacjami przedstawionymi na rysunkach, schematach inżynieryjnych oraz instrukcjach pracy.
  • Umiejętność korzystania z systemów komputerowych do wprowadzania, uzyskiwania dostępu, modyfikowania lub wyprowadzania informacji.
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania problemów i uczestniczenie w ich rozwiązywaniu.
  • Dbałość o szczegóły i precyzję – zdolność postrzegania drobnych niespójności lub wad w częściach, sprzęcie czy procesach produkcyjnych, aby zapobieć wypuszczeniu produktów niezgodnych z wymaganiami.
  • Brak przeciwskazań do podnoszenia materiałów do 50 kg.
  • Gotowość do pracy w trybie zmianowym (2 zmiany).
