Senior IT Application Operations Specialist
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Monitorowanie i utrzymanie aplikacji opartych o ASP.NET
- Analiza i rozwiązywanie incydentów oraz błędów aplikacyjnych
- Sprawdzanie logów w systemach plików (FS) oraz bazach danych MSSQL
- Wdrażanie (deploy) aplikacji NBI, NIPS, NIS na środowiskach PREPROD/PROD
- Wsparcie zespołów developerskich i DevOps w procesach testowych i release management
- Dokumentowanie zmian i aktualizacji
- Proponowanie usprawnień operacyjnych i technicznych
Nasze wymagania
- Bardzo dobra znajomość systemu operacyjnego Windows (Server/Services)
- Umiejętność analizy logów i błędów w Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
- Doświadczenie w pracy z aplikacjami ASP.NET
- Znajomość zasad i procesów Application Management w praktykach ITIL
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (B2+/C1)
- Umiejętność programowania (np. PowerShell, C#, Python) – np. do automatyzacji procesów
- Doświadczenie w środowisku SAFe / Agile
- Znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji i wdrożeń (np. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy)
