Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Day to Day responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, setting quality standards and best practices
- Design and implement test strategies for Functional , regression and system integration testing
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework
- Build , configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing
- Manage code repositories and branching strategies using Bitbucket.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers and product teams to define test cases and ensure data quality across system
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures.
- Drive adoption of automation first testing approach, improving regression test coverage and reducing release cycle time.
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards (accuracy, comleteness, consistency, timeless).
- Act as a team lead, overseeing workload distribution, conducting reviews and supporting professional development of junior team members.  

Must-have knowledge and experience

5+ years of development experience with Python5+ years experience with database technologies5+ years experience with GIT3+ years experience with Robot Framework(mandatory) , Pytest(Good to have)3+ years experience with CI/CD tools such as JenkinsStrong working experience with Linux and bashExperience with containerization using Docker

Good to have

Knowledge of streaming and queues technologies e.g. KAFKA, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQWorking knowledge of Devops

Hybrid: 2 days per week working from the office.
Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warsaw
