What you'll be doing:

• Preparing, updating and reviewing procedures, process descriptions, guidelines
• Creating, updating and implementing HR documentation and forms
• Active searching for new solutions and improvements in HR area like processes automations, etc.
• Delivering the highest quality of service in personal administration and payroll operations by gathering, reviewing and preparing data for personal administration activities and payroll input
• Running required controls of documentation, reports,
• Entering and updating data in HR and payroll system
• Preparing documents regarding employees' life cycle
• Verifying employees' work time evidence (time sheets)
• Preparing reports, data for statutory reporting, ad hoc reports etc.
• Ensuring all data is delivered and processed in accordance with set deadlines
• Answering employee's queries
• Substantive support for HR Administration and Payroll Junior Specialist and Specialist
• Taking active part in HR local and global projects
• Handling highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity

What experience you'll bring:

• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in HR Administration/Payroll area – including participation or leading projects
• Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law and regulations: personal administration, work time, income tax, social security regulations, social fund
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proactive approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Good command of Polish and English
• Excel – working knowledge
• Ability to work as a part of the team and using own initiative
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Stress resilience and ability to work under time pressure
