Your responsibilities:

• Supervision of full accounting in accordance with the Accounting Act, tax law, and
  US GAAP
  standards
• Oversight of tax settlements (CIT, VAT, local taxes)
• Handling settlements related to operations within the Special Economic Zone
• Verification of accounting documents in terms of formal, accounting, and substantive correctness
• Preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss account, and other financial statements required by law
• Preparation of documentation for external audits, tax inspections, and internal needs
• Cooperation with the Shared Services Center (SSC)
• Ongoing control of accounting accounts
• Preparation of GUS and NBP declarations
• Supervision of accounting document archiving
• Coordination of the accounting team's work – motivating, developing, and building engagement
• Ensuring compliance of accounting processes with SOX internal control procedures
• Implementation and updating of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles in a production environment
• Very good knowledge of tax law, the Accounting Act, and VAT regulations
• Experience in preparing tax declarations and financial statements
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations in practice
• Very good knowledge of
  US GAAP
  – mandatory
• English language proficiency at
  minimum B2 level
• Good work organization, independence, and commitment
