Role Background:

Join us as a Business Operations Associate and supercharge operational excellence across Customer Excellence Operations. You'll partner with Global License Management and Professional Services Operations, powering PS implementation teams and Sales with crisp processes, accurate data, and rock‑solid systems support. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Excellence Business Operations, you'll own data integrity, deliver impactful reporting, and drive process improvements that elevate the entire Customer Success organization.

What You'll be doing:

• Responsible for managing licensing contract review and data validation.

• Mapping contracts into client specific license packages and allocation of licenses within the application.

• Creation of users and manage application accesses.

• Administering the PSA software for data accuracy and cleanliness of data.

• Ensuring consistency of project data in a project management system.

• Serving as a resource for end users on inquiries related to business tools, documentation, and processes

• Supporting the day-to-day functions, processes, and central documentation to maintain operational consistency.

• Review set up and new projects.

• Maintaining and reporting on project and financial data via spreadsheets, dashboards, and other visual tools.

• Collaborating with internal resources to develop processes.

• Working on process improvements to enhance efficiencies and achieve roadmap goals.

• Working on strategic projects as needed to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Global License Management Team and Professional Services Operations team.

What We're looking for:

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.

• Experience in business analysis, operations, or equivalent study experience

• Experience with relevant applications/tools such as NetSuite, NetSuite ERP/GL, BI tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google software, and equivalent reporting tools is a plus

• Exhibit sound business judgement, strong analytical skills and a proven track record of taking ownership of tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Fluency in English is a must
