Jakie zadania czekają na Ciebie?

  • Identyfikacja i analiza zgłaszanych reklamacji dotyczących wszystkich urządzeń z portfolio naszej organizacji.
  • Proponowanie usprawnień związanych z błędami w procesach produkcyjnych i oprogramowaniu.
  • Przeprowadzanie testów funkcjonalnych z wykorzystaniem dostępnych akcesoriów, takich jak telefony czy urządzenia typu wearables.
  • Udział w przygotowaniach do analizy reklamacji nowych produktów wprowadzanych na rynek.
  • Tworzenie instrukcji oraz narzędzi potrzebnych do analizy poszczególnych błędów i produktów.
  • Organizacja oraz uczestnictwo w szkoleniach związanych z wdrożeniem nowych produktów lub diagnozą nowych błędów.
  • Bliska współpraca z działami: InMarket Product Support, Produkcja, NPI i R&D.

Aplikuj, jeśli:

  • posiadasz wykształcenie techniczne (zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji, informatyka, elektronika lub pokrewne);
  • znasz język angielski w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację;
  • masz podstawową wiedzę na temat programowania;
  • jesteś osobą otwartą i kreatywną w poszukiwaniu rozwiązań problemów technicznych;
  • posiadasz umiejętność autoprezentacji i przekazywania wiedzy;
  • potrafisz efektywnie zarządzać swoim czasem pracy;
  • umiesz wyciągać logiczne wnioski z przeprowadzonych analiz;
  • interesujesz się nowymi technologiami;
  • dobrze znasz pakiet MS Office.
