Europe PTP & OTC Lead

Where we need you:

As our
Europe PTP & OTC Lead
, you'll lead the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes across multiple European markets, ensuring excellence in supplier and customer operations. You'll play a vital role in
driving process standardization, automation, and compliance
within a dynamic multinational environment.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Lead the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) and Order-to-Cash (OtC) processes across Europe.
• Drive process standardization and automation (RPA, ERP enhancements).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage a team of finance professionals across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with business, procurement, IT, and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and global financial policies.
• Lead optimisation projects regarded with PtP and OtC scope

The ideal recipe for our new Europe PTP & OTC Lead:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of experience in shared service, finance, procurement within a multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, IFS).
• Proven leadership and process transformation experience.
• Good understanding of Shared Service Centers and process centralization.
• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives (RPA, AI).
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Nice to have: experience in FMCG
