What will you do?
As an AI Solution Architect, you will combine deep solution architecture expertise with hands-on experience in AI and machine learning technologies. You will advise stakeholders and translate business and functional requirements into secure, scalable, and intelligent software solutions that leverage AI capabilities. You will own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.
This role requires managing how decisions in each area affect the overall solution, developing deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture, systems integration and cloud technologies. Furthermore, it involves capturing and sharing best practices within the solution architect community and understanding the specific business domain you will be working in.
Openness to work in a hybrid model (2 days from the office per week)
Your tasks:
Act as a trusted advisor and reference point for AI-enabled solutions within the organization and for clients. Work independently with senior stakeholdersLead or support end-to-end solution delivery – across both AI and non-AI projects – ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standardsSupport pre-sales and client engagements, helping pitch and position our AI solutions to senior level stakeholdersCapture and share best practices in AI and solution design across teams and contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI portfolioYour skills:
Experience in designing and building software solutions using modern architectures and technologies – including complex AI solutions, such as AI agents, chatbots, intelligent automation, AML and fraud detection or advanced analyticsStrong background in solution architecture, with proven ability to design end-to-end systems integrating AI/ML componentsPractical knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, vector databases, model serving, MLOps)Experience in leveraging cloud solutions with one of leading, public cloud providers: AWS/GCP/AzureKnowledge of modern architecture: microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, API management, event-driven systems, agentic systemsUnderstanding non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability, resilience, and governance)Familiarity with Continuous Integration & Delivery, Agile principles, and DevOps practicesExcellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage senior stakeholders confidently.Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutionsAbility to support sales and offering development, creating proposals and solution blueprints for clientsAdvanced experience and knowledge across various aspects of IT, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governancePrevious experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is highly desirableWe offer you:
